Delivery Costs
● Online parcel orders: €20
● Online Pallet orders: €60
● Order free sample tile: €15 postage
Depending on stock availability delivery time varies from 5-10 working days. For special
order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly
to advise.
Out Of Stock Items
In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil
all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
Click & Collect Orders
is available from our showroom in Cavan on request. You will be
contacted when orders are ready for collection, this may take 3- 5 days. If the stock is
available in our showroom then the pick up is available within 24 hours. We will always
do our best to deliver your items on time and keep in touch with you regarding their
delivery. Free ‘Click & Collect’ from our showroom in Cavan during the following opening hours:
Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm.
We are closed bank holiday weekends.
You will receive a phone call from our online sales team when your order is ready to collect.
Shipping Terms
Goods will not be dispatched for delivery without first receiving full payment.
Pallet deliveries will be made with large goods vehicles using tail lifts to the nearest
kerbside. Our (third party) pallet couriers are unable to bring these items inside the
property or move any items to the desired floor of the house due to insurance
purposes.(Estimated time of arrival)
Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good
condition. Always check your items before signing, particularly if the package does not
appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery
at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so
may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
Returns
You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to request a return on any items from
your order. The items must be unused and in original packaging. To report any
damages, please do so within 24 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers
to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged
goods cannot be accepted outside this period.
Please note that no claim will be accepted for goods after installation.
