Returns

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return an item for an exchange or refund, provided it’s in original packaging, undamaged, and unfitted.
Returns with the original receipt within 14 days will be refunded in full to the original payment method, offered an exchange, or store credit of the same value.
After 14 days and up to 28 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Restocking fees do not apply for defective items.
Items must be returned in as-new condition with all original packaging, brochures, and instructions.
Returns can be made in-store or at storage facilities, with guidance from our sales team.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; we recommend using a postal or courier service with insurance for the value of the goods.
Items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
